Learn your motivation for your food choices, practice the DASH eating plan and choose real, natural food. Practice setting reasonable goals and join “slow eating” movement. Optional: Meal preparation demonstration and food sampling.
Healthy Meal Planning
Learn to select healthy food choices when shopping and dining out. A menu plan saves money, saves time and improves nutrition. Strategic planning - review food ads, check pantry and refrigerator, plan shopping list, shop and follow weekly menu. Optional: Nutrition tips on eating on the run and sports nutrition.
